About Us

Outcome.Life is an international student community focused on employment outcomes through intern placements, seminars and networking events. Internships prepare international graduates for work in Australia and, together with our hosted seminars and events, set the foundations to secure ideal employment. Our co-working space, Outcome-Hub, further empowers international students and graduates to achieve their aspirations through access to a collaborative and positive co-working space.

Why we do, what we do

Our journey began in 2016 when our co-founders realised the massive employability issue faced by international graduates in Australia.

Through research, we found that the most efficient way for students and graduates to be successful in gaining full-time employment was through an internship program, which would provide an opportunity to learn and grow within an industry environment.

So, we begun supporting students by providing them with the initial opportunity to start their careers in Australia with an internship into our vast range of professional contacts.

Since then, we have helped over 6,000 students start their careers through internships.
We’ve hosted over 500 events with more than 20,000 attendees, focused on educating international students about the Australian work culture and requirements as well as helping many international students and graduate start their own businesses in Australia.

For Education Providers

We partner with various education providers nationally, to provide internship opportunities for their students into our broad network of host companies.

For Students

Internships are the best way to expose you to Australian workplaces and workplace culture. University gives you skills and knowledge, but does not give you the opportunity to use these in reality. Internships give you practical experience and can often lead to secure employment.

We support our students prior to beginning the placement and while you are undertaking your internship. As part of Outcome.Life, and becoming part of our community, we offer the following additional services:
