General Accounting Internship
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
- Summaries current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports.

Assist in the reconciliation and preparation of month-end management accounts for clients, including
(but not limited to): Income reconciliations and FX position reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of month end reports for clients, including (but not limited to):
○ Analysis of actual vs. budgeted month-to-date and year-to-date results
○ Review of invoice coding in Xero and follow-up of any issues with book-keepers
Preparation of commentary for any material variances
Update of the full year forecast based on actual year-to-date trending and results
Preparation of month end reporting packs and dashboards
